Edo State is a powerful state with great exuberant youths whom many roam around with dying potentials, scavenging for means of livelihood due to ignorance, lack of visionary leadership,  lack self awareness, lack of education and initiatives of this kind. Though; some of them have minimal education and a large number of them are secondary school leavers who could not continue with their education for various reasons. Thus, they are constantly faced with the option of adopting criminal lifestyles and many do succumb to such tempting offers.

So unfortunate we live in an increasingly corrupt nation that is drifting towards a dark and uncertain future, if nothing is done at this time. were our progress as a nation seems hemmed in every sector, industry and organization by the threat of corruption.

Africa has the greatest proportion of people living under the poverty line and Nigeria is not exempted. Over 50% of Nigerians lives on less than $2 a day due to ignorance and lack of visionary leaders. hence; we have remained under the category of the third world nations, owing to the value system that we share. Corruption; Bribery & Impunity, Perversion of Justice, Electoral & Examination Malpractice, Wasteful Spending of Public Funds, Celebration of Mediocrity, Religion Bigotry & Hypocrisy, Pursuits of Tribal Agenda, Poor Maintenance Culture, Celebration of People with Questionable Character and Deliberate Disregard for the Rules of Law.

Thus; this dream to raise effective positive visionary leaders with servanthood mentality, integrity and an outstanding character for nation building. Leaders; that will be use to constantly replace and replenish every sector, organization and industry’s coterie of leaders, motivational speakers with great self confidence and communication skills that will talk the people out of their poverty and ignorance mentality by providing the right information they need to find their spot in life and to power and support many of such NGO like this.

For it is a welcome thing if more groups; agencies and initiatives like this are contrive, dedicated to solving this lack of visionary leadership pandemic by focusing on the leadership human capacity development that will constantly replace and replenish every sector, organization and industry’s coterie of leaders with positive visionary leaders.
